Elementary Wisdom
Thank you for letting me share with you the details of the Starstruck Journeys Elementary Wisdom group program! Here is what we will cover in this program:
We all tell ourselves stories that keep us locked in a never-ending cycle. Listening is at the heart of healing. For you to feel heard, you must feel really received and safe. Listening without comment or judgement on my part creates a doorway to where wisdom sits in the wings. In just a short time, I’ll help you reframe old stories and make space for new ones.
This five-week program is offered twice a year (spring and fall). Each program is limited to six participants.
Prework: GET READY
In preparation, I’ll ask you to clear a sacred space where you can sit with fellow participants without being disturbed for 90 minutes.The intention of this program is to help you to consciously look at your patterns and personality type, without judgement, but simply with a fascination of “Why do I do what I do and what is this repetitive pattern that I have?” In Prework, you’ll:
- Receive a taped overview of the Four Elements
- Identify your strongest and weakest element(s)
The Prework includes:

Module 1: WATER
Water is the element of meditation, stillness, feelings, dreams, symbols and the purity of love. It rules your emotional body. It creates illusions and feeds your fear or joy, addiction or absence. Water demands you to sit still and, when you do, your internal dialogue is activated. In this module, you’ll:
- Explore the Water Element and how it affects you
- Give voice to your water
- Reframe your water story
This module includes:

Module 2: AIR
Air rules the mind. How do you think and talk? How interested are you in this life or in people? Since the beginning of written language, the mind has assumed the position of power and so we now value the mind over the heart. Air is the mind and the ability to put words to things. It’s endless curiosity. It’s reading books. It’s insatiable when it comes to knowledge. In this module, you’ll:
- Discover the Air Element and how it affects you
- Air your story
- Find your breath and voice
This module includes:

Module 3: EARTH
Now the energy changes — you’re grounded! Earth people are always providing, giving and serving. Some are obsessed with detail, perfection and getting things right. The Inner Critic is alive and well is this element and so is determination. In this module, you’ll:
- Explore how the Earth Element affects you
- Share your Earth story
- Restructure your Earth story
This module includes:

Module 4: FIRE
Fire is the element that is passionate about truth. It’s the element of change. Fire transmutes old form into ashes and creates the possibility for something new to emerge. Energy begets energy for fire people. In this module, you’ll:
- Delve into the Fire Element and how it affects you
- Express your Fire story
- Ignite your Fire
This module includes:

Module 5: Wrap Up
You learned a lot about yourself, your patterns, and how old stories hold you back. What came through for you? What were your a-ha moments? In this module, you’ll:
